Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or an exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that we sent it to you. It must be also placed in the original packaging. Lunet Eyewear will authorize the warranty claim only if the product was purchased from luneteyewear.com. The warranty lasts up to 180 days from the date of purchase. We only offer warranty for manufacturing defects. This warranty doesn’t apply to scratched lenses. Lunet Eyewear reserves to itself the right to determine manufacturing defects. If a product is qualified for warranty, Lunet Eyewear will repair or replace the item at no cost to you. In case a product is not defective, Lunet Eyewear can repair the item, if the cost repairs are approved.
Note: The warranty covers all parts of your product, except the lenses, and is applied to all types of manufacturing defects. This warranty doesn’t apply to scratched lenses or if your product is lost, stolen, dropped, shattered, sat on, or suffered any other damages.
